Looking for some new ideas for latkes or ready to make them yourself? This is the class for you!

The class will be taught by Marie Pedersen and Nicolasa Nevarez in the BCC kitchen on Sunday, December 15 at 4 pm. All are welcome.

We will share our collective latke making experiences creating latkes from scratch and enhancing pre-made mixes. Join us as we have some fun exploring new variations of the potato latke. Perhaps a beet latke, sweet potato, or pumpkin? The choices will be ours to explore.

We'll be sampling our creations and critiquing our culinary creations together at the close of class.
