Below you will find the form for sponsoring, purchasing your tickets and tribute ads and making donations for BCC's 2025 Vision Awards. Please read these instructions carefully, as this year's form differs slightly from that of previous years. Please read and follow the instructions with the bullet point that best describes your desired action. •  I am buying a ticket (or tickets) to the Vision Awards - Select the number of tickets you'd like to purchase from the drop down menu next to the ticketing level you are using. The standard price for a ticket is $360, but you can include an additional donation with your ticket for $540 (mensch ticket), or if you need access to a reduced-price ticket at $180, you will use the access ticket. After selecting your ticket(s), please input your information and the information for all of your guests (email addresses of all guests are required) and any additional tribute ads or donations you would like to add on.
• I am sponsoring the Vision Awards and plan to attend - Select the number of sponsorships from the drop down menu next to the tier of sponsorship you'd like to do. Sponsorship packages come with a number of tickets. Please then input your contact information as well as the contact information for all of those in your party (email addresses of all guests are required) and the information for your complimentary half-page or full-page tribute ad. You do not need to select a "half-page" or "full-page" tribute ad from the "tribute ad options" section, only input your tribute ad copy.
• I am sponsoring the Vision Awards and do not plan to attend - Select the number of sponsorships from the drop down menu next to the tier of sponsorship you'd like to do. Please then input your contact information. In the section titled "names and email addresses of all attendees" write "I am not attending". You can then input the information for your complimentary half-page or full-page tribute ad. You do not need to select a "half-page" or "full-page" tribute ad from the "tribute ad options" section, only input your tribute ad copy.
• I am not buying a ticket but I am purchasing a tribute ad OR making a donation - Please select "1" from the drop down menu next to the "I'm not attending; I'm using this form to purchase a tribute ad or to make a donation" option. Then input your contact information as well as the words "I am not attending" in the "names and email address of all attendees" section. You can then select your tribute ad option under that section and input your copy, if you are purchasing a tribute ad AND/OR you can input the amount of your donation in the "donations" portion of the form.

Please also note that if you are logged in currently to your account on ShulCloud you will have the option to charge your payment method on file. This option is only available to people with currently operational ShulCloud accounts with a saved payment method on file.

Sponsorship packages

• $25,000 - Diamond: Includes 10 tickets and a full-page tribute ad. Sponsors will also be recognized for their contribution in our tribute book, website, and on the tribute slides during the event.
• $10,000 - Ruby: Includes 8 tickets and a full-page tribute ad. Sponsors will also be recognized for their contribution in our tribute book, website, and on the tribute slides during the event.
• $7,500 - Amethyst: Includes 6 tickets and a full-page tribute ad. Sponsors will also be recognized for their contribution in our tribute book, website, and on the tribute slides during the event.
• $5,000 - Emerald: Includes 4 tickets and a half-page tribute ad. Sponsors will also be recognized for their contribution in our tribute book, website, and on the tribute slides during the event.
• $2,500 - Sapphire: Includes 2 tickets and a half-page tribute ad. Sponsors will also be recognized for their contribution in our tribute book, website, and on the tribute slides during the event.
• $540 - Mensch Ticket: Mensch tickets are for folks who want to go above and beyond to show their support for BCC - Mensch ticket holders will be recognized for their contribution in our tribute book, website, and on the tribute slides during the event.
• $360 - Standard ticket: The standard ticket price to participate in the event and show your support for BCC and our honorees!

• $180 - Access ticket: For those who would like to participate in the event and show their support of our honorees, but for a wide variety of reasons, may need access to a reduced price. Please contribute at the level that is most comfortable for you!
